The apples were freshly picked from a nearby apple meadow or brought to the school from their own gardens. The early or late shift then washed the apples, chopped them into small pieces and finally pressed them with a real hand press. Finally, the juice was briefly boiled once and filled into its sales-ready packaging. The respective 5-liter boxes are now sold by the student company "Learn Try Use".
